Elly Kleinman ProfileElly Kleinman, Founder and President of the Amud Aish Memorial Museum (AAMM) & Kleinman Holocaust Education Center (KHEC), has made it his mission to educate audiences about one of the greatest tragedies in modern human history.

Mr. Kleinman is the President & CEO of The Americare Companies, a group of companies that are designed to provide a full breadth of healthcare services. Americare Companies has been in operation for over 35 years. Currently, the company is led by Mr. Kleiman, who is committed to providing quality care, services, and support for patients and their families.

As the son of Holocaust survivors and Founder and President of AAMM/KHEC, Mr. Kleinman has been a leading figure in preserving the memory, stories, and records of Holocaust survivors and sharing their stories with future generations. He has been a speaker at a number of holocaust education and remembrance events and programs through the United States and Canada.

To honor the memory of his father Reb Avrohom Isaac Kleinman zichrono l’vrach, who shared stories about his grandparents’ experience of the holocaust, Mr. Kleinman dedicated a book and Agudath Israel of America’s Daf Yomi Commission to him.

In November 2009, he was a speaker at a major holocaust education event, where introduced Rabbi Yaakov Perlow. The event was focused on educating middle school students about the events of the Holocaust by providing them a context about Jewish life in Europe before the horrible state-sponsored, systematic persecution of the Jewish people and other groups based on their race, beliefs, and practices.

In May 2011, Mr. Kleiman was honored when he was appointed Chairman of the 12th Siyum Hashas of Daf Yomi. He also a featured panelist at the 87th National Convention of Agudath Israel of America. At this convention, Mr. Kleinman introduced the AAMM/KHEC as an organizational vehicle for joint community efforts. He discussed with the Pope on how other organizations and programs could work with his organization and pool resources to further holocaust education, research, and perseveration.

In addition to this, Mr. Kleinman has also been a guest speaker at the Jewish Lawyers Guild annual Yom Hashoah Ceremony. At this event, his organization, Amud Aish had an extensive exhibit of the holocaust experience on display.

Mr. Kleiman has dedicated his life to philanthropy. The main focus of his charitable endeavors is holocaust education and remembrance. Through his personal involvement in community organizations and his work with religious and political officials at the local, state and national levels, Mr. Kleinman is making sure that people around the world become aware of the struggle and heroism of the Jewish people during the terrible events of World War II.
